Terms and Conditions

Bespoke Orders:

For small bespoke orders (towers/traybakes), we require full payment upfront. For larger events such as parties/weddings, we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking with the final balance due 4 weeks prior to the event.

For the collection date, please choose the date that you would like the items to be ready for collection, not the day of the event. We currently offer collections between 10-4 Tuesday to Saturday.

If you need to change the date of your booking once the deposit/payment has been made, then we will work as close as possible to fit to your new date.

If you decide to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable, however if any additional payments have been made, then these will be refunded to you.

Storage Information:
When you receive your order, please pop it straight into the fridge. Brownies and blondies are usually okay at room temperature but this all depends on how you prefer yours, room temperature will give you a more gooey and fudgey brownie/blondie. Please avoid keeping them in direct sunlight. They will last for 10-14 days if kept refrigerated and wrapped up or in an airtight container.
Brownies and blondies can be frozen for up to 2 months, please ensure that these are fully defrosted before eating. For an extra gooey brownie or blondie after defrosting, heat in the microwave for 10-30 seconds.
Brownie pops and hearts will need to be kept in the fridge until you are ready to display/gift them. If the weather is very warm then please bear this is mind as they are all made from chocolate - chocolate and heat do not mix well!
The brownie pops and hearts will last for around 7-10 days.
For cakes and towers please make sure there is enough space in the fridge, these are usually two shelves deep...at least! The best way to store them in your fridge is by keeping them in the box - this will help with any condensation.
Please ensure that cakes and towers are kept away from direct sunlight or heat as the buttercream will melt. Please keep these items in the fridge until around 3 hours before cutting/serving.
Cakes and buttercream will last for 3-4 days.
